Fried Shrimp and Pop tots

                       I was excited to pack up few things for trip this July but today when I get out from work. Husband said, Mom have a kidney infection and don't know if she come to our trip or not? it's depend to her health but she got medicine from doctor today.  So I am hoping she get well

                       We finish dinner....  fried Shrimp and Pop tots That's I can do for tonight. Just grab a easy to cook for everyone. My husband went back to school, checking a few things that ready for closing end in this summer class. he is my amazing teacher.
