Rice cake recipes
- – 1 lb box of Mochiko brand rice flour
- 7 oz. shredded sweetened coconut
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1 – 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick of butter melted
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour into a well greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
- Bake for at least 45 minutes or until a toothpick placed in the middle of the pan comes out clean.
