September Shopping!

          Here’s the belated birthday gift from my beautiful stepdaughter.  I’m blissful receiving gift but my whole point! I am bliss because she still remembers me. My friend Mary jean had a baby shower party last august. Oh! I never thought to wont from guessing her belly (38 inches). I got a price from that right number. Must be Raquel and I are lucky day. 

          I bought few items from Tuesday morning store. The legwarmer is one thing that I looking for my 1970’s dance but, unfortunately I ended up buying more things that I can use. The items that I had are legwarmer, 3 pair sock, bottle, gift bag, and chocolate squares.

          The walmart bag is from recycle but that bag items inside are from marva consignment store, I don’t know if that make any sense. The first store we went shop are Kmart because it was to early after 8 o’clock in the morning which is all consignment store are still close. I got 1 red top, 2 legging for my daughter, and 4 clothes for baby gift I bought this for coming up baby shower party. Then I bought a wet and wild lipstick for me. After shopping from Kmart we went back to marva consignment store and we found pants, shirt and flowers for Hawaiian dance then, 2^nd consignment is Goodwill and found shirt. Pants and teddy bear toys. I purposely shopping for fall and winter clothes for my daughter and of course, unbelievable she grown a lot. She is 9 years old wearing XL size now.

          I finally found the cheap badminton from T.J Maxx store. It is a $7:99 compare to $ 12:00 price. Its only temporary toys when ever we feel to play than borrowing.

Two Balikbayan Box

Hi Love!

I finally have done to send my balickbayan box to the Philippines. I spent a couple months or a year to filling up the boxes. This time I send two boxes I normally send only one box at a time. Since were planning to go Philippines in this year. I decide two boxes for gift and stuff for family. I had been like this company and my Filipina friend who picked our box when ever were ready.

My Filipina friend had to go work last Friday but she often to inform me ahead, not to worry because her husband is one who going to picked our boxes. So, 1/15/2015 my boxes are already picked up and I feel free when two boxes are finish. I didn’t make it this month but they schedule my boxes to send it on February, I am now hoping that will be receive in time when I am in the Philippines.

When the husband of my Filipina friend picked our box. Our two girls had a chance to play each other. We spent talking a Filipino food; stories and experiences while the kid are playing. Plus my brother-in-law and step kid are visiting so, was a full house and were all sleep late.

My husband gives this Kodak camera to me as a gift during my first Christmas in united state in 2008. Its very nice camera and this is the camera I used when I get starting my blog and I had a lot of good pictures from it.

I brought this camera when we were visiting Philippines last 2010. Isn’t a professional camera but it takes a good pictures and memory. Very easy to use if I wanted to take a picture by myself I just set in second and also easy to go camera whenever you go.

I dropped this camera several time and thanks goodness, still working good.

Consignment Haul

I really enjoyed shopping to consignment store in our area. I found some good deal. Daughter and I went three consignments the other day because we were looking for pageant outfit but we didn’t luck for that. But I ended up buying another things instead. So, here of my few consignment haul.

CJ’s consignment store- I bought 4 items from this store and I spent over $ 30. This store is a little bit pricey if you compare it to other consignment.

Ø    I have leather backpack I been wanting to get new purse or backpack to go work or anywhere as long is easy to carry.

Ø    Dress/shoes/boots- these are for my daughter. She really needs a new boots and she wanted this shoes since she saw it in consignment. She won’t stop asking if she can get it for her. 

Marva consignment store- this is my favorite consignment store. You can find stuff that really affordable. We also love to donate our stuff this store since they sold everything in cheap.

Ø    The pink poodle stuff toys for only .50 cent/ girl-pant for $1.75/ 2 slips for $3 and Dictionary are .50 cent each. I bought it in purpose. I was thinking to gift this dictionary book to my cousin in the Philippines. 

Salvation Army – this is my favorite store too. I bought bathrobe for me since, I wanting one and a Lego and pink box for my daughter. They are so affordable and cheap. Once were around this store. There to lady gives a $2 to my daughter for Christmas present. They are so nice to the kids.

I don’t know if I like it or not but they are new for me to try. I bought them in Walgreen for buy1 and get1 free so why not.

The mouthwash for kids and adult we can’t live w/out them. They are part of our hygiene everyday. I like to have them in nearest to our sink in the bathroom. I bought toothbrush and toothpaste for my daughter extra stuff. If she running out of toothpaste and toothbrush and there’s an extra anytime you need it.

Christmas Gift ( Christmas Party) 2014

Hello Dear!

 During Christmas with Filipino-American party. We always had a change gift for kids and adult. This year I wrapped three Christmas present so that we both able to receive a gift from somebody else.

Husband and I both receive a chocolate. I receive a big box of assorted chocolates and two layers inside. There’s many nuts pecan, almonds, peanuts, hazelnut, with caramel. It’s really delicious. My husband told me my chocolate is better than the one he picked. He got a Russell Stover cakes, cookies, and pies assortment still delicious but his favorites is my chocolate. 

My daughter receives a bathing beauty Disney from change gift. She receives another bath and body set a Christmas gift from one of my friend Riggs family and she won candies and toys. It was so much fun party.

Haul

for Philippines

Were planning to come visit to Philippines next year then I have to get something a gift for family when I get there. I am sure I got bunch relative even some of them I don’t know, they pop out to see us for some reason, lol. But I wanted to give to my close relatives and family. So far, here some I dig in from my closet. I had some that I don’t need. Instead throwing them I like to give it to my family.

Shirt/bag

 My daughter went visit to her best friend. They usually play at there (grandma house). The grandma request to put the Christmas tree up and decorate. Isn’t so late to put the Christmas tree. But she needs help from them.  She just backs from Australia tour and she must so tired. My daughter had another a t-shirt souvenir. When Susan travel from other country she also give to the kids a gift and remembrance.  Susan is a grandma of Emma. Emma is my daughter best friend. I try to explain it so you would confuse.

I was been worried about my ordered from wet seal. I was shop online during the cyber Monday. It’s was a good deal plus free shipping. But, really it took about two weeks before I receive it. I am not complaining but just saying my experience. I really need the items that I order so I can wear them on the Christmas party this weekend.
